The 2021 Housing Market Crash Lie

Selling Real Estate
The 2021 Housing Market Crash Lie // Here’s the truth: You’ve been lied to. Real estate fortune tellers have been telling you for a year now that the housing market crash is here and that foreclosures will flood the real estate market. Meanwhile home prices have reached record highs.

In today’s video, I’m going to break down all the reasons why people have been saying we’re going to have a housing crash 2021 and why we’re living in a housing bubble but I’m going to give you my honest take based on the data that we have so far. Some say that once the foreclosure moratorium and eviction moratorium expires this will cause a housing crisis. In addition, others point to the mortgage forbearance (loan forbearance) that will create a foreclosure crisis. So, in today’s video I’ll give you my thoughts on this and my housing market predictions.
